Flower Centerpieces for Daffodil Day are needed!
The Daffodils4Detroit committee invites all Michigan Division members to LEND flower centerpieces for the Daffodil Day Luncheon on April 15, 2026. The array of different centerpieces
adds much to the elegance of the day!
We are requesting five centerpieces per branch. Forty-five Centerpieces are needed total.
Remember: Following the event, centerpieces will be take home by those who brought them.
Please do not remove centerpieces until the meeting has concluded.
Specifications:
Centerpieces do not have to match.
Use simple clear glass vases of any shape.
Place an ID label on the underside of the vase.
Finished centerpieces should be no more than 14” tall and no wider than 12” in diameter.
At least 50%, of the floral material should be daffodils. Feel free to be creative with the other 50%, provided daffodils are dominant.
Centerpieces may be taken to the Detroit Yacht Club during open hours on Tuesday, April 14, or they may be delivered to the DYC no later than 10:30 am on Daffodil Day, Wednesday, April 15, 2026
